Due to the nature of our DIY grip sock kits, we currently do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Please note:
- Small variations in colour or appearance may occur due to the handmade/custom nature of the kits.
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
- Once orders have been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify them.
